Warehouse & Yard Visitation Policy

Overview

At American Prime Pallet Liquidators LLC, we welcome serious buyers who wish to visit our warehouse and yard facilities. To ensure efficient operations, inventory allocation, and the safety of our staff and customers, all visits are subject to the following policy.

Appointment Requirement

Warehouse and yard visits are available by appointment only. Walk-in visits are not permitted.

Customers wishing to inspect inventory before delivery or pickup must contact our team in advance to schedule a visit.

Order Commitment Requirement

To arrange a warehouse or yard inspection, customers are required to place an order and submit a minimum 50% deposit toward the total purchase amount. This deposit demonstrates a genuine purchasing intention and allows us to reserve inventory and prepare products for inspection.

Visits cannot be scheduled without an active order and the required deposit.

Deposit Application

The deposit is applied toward the final purchase price.
The remaining balance must be paid before shipment or pickup.
Inventory reserved for inspection may be held for a limited period, subject to availability.

Visitor Guidelines

For safety and operational reasons:

All visitors must have a confirmed appointment.
Government-issued identification may be required upon arrival.
Visitors must follow all safety instructions provided by warehouse personnel.
Children and unauthorized guests are not permitted in restricted areas.
Photography and video recording may be restricted without prior authorization.

Inventory Availability

Due to the dynamic nature of wholesale inventory, specific pallets, products, brands, and quantities available at the time of inspection may vary. American Prime Pallet Liquidators LLC does not guarantee the availability of any particular inventory item until the order has been confirmed and the required deposit has been received.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers who are unable to attend their scheduled appointment should notify us at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to operational requirements, inventory availability, or safety considerations.

Right to Refuse Entry

American Prime Pallet Liquidators LLC reserves the right to refuse or terminate any visit for safety, security, or operational reasons, or for failure to comply with this policy.
