This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and complements our Shipping Policy, including our 1–3 business day processing time, 4–7 business day transit time, and free standard shipping.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return requests submitted after 30 days may not be accepted.

We accept returns for new, unused products only.

Returned items must be:

  • Unaltered

  • In the same condition in which they were received

  • Returned with any available packaging, labels, delivery paperwork, or order documentation

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, American Prime Pallet Liquidators LLC will provide return instructions and may cover return shipping costs or arrange a replacement after review.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Photos of the packaging and delivery condition

  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing the claim, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • An exchange

  • A return authorization

  • A refund

depending on the circumstances.

Refund Processing Time

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment begins.

Since orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to cancel an order.

Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.

Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused for reasons unrelated to damage, defects, or an error by American Prime Pallet Liquidators LLC, the customer may be responsible for:
