Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • All 48 contiguous United States

  • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories

For special shipping requests outside these areas, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Shipping Cost

FREE Standard Shipping on All Orders

  • No hidden fees

  • No additional delivery charges

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time

2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

Transit & Delivery Time

  • Estimated transit time: 4–7 business days

  • Delivery time begins after order processing is completed

5–10 business days (Processing + Transit)

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via:

  • Freight carriers (LTL – Less Than Truckload)

  • Curbside delivery service

Delivery Details

  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

  • Customers may be contacted by the carrier to schedule delivery.

  • A valid phone number is required at checkout.

Important Notes

  • Deliveries are made to curbside only.

  • Customers are responsible for unloading unless liftgate service has been arranged in advance.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

Damaged or Missing Shipments
