How Buying a Liquidation Pallet Works

We process and ship

Orders placed by 2 PM EST, Monday to Friday, are processed in 1–2 business days. Then your pallet moves by LTL freight, usually 3–7 business days.

Receive and inspect

Check the pallet at delivery. Report damage within 48 hours. New, unused items can be returned within 30 days.

Reading a listing: condition terms

New: unused items in their original packaging.
Open-box: packaging has been opened; the item may be complete and unused.
Customer returns: items a shopper sent back to a retailer. Condition varies.
Shelf pulls: items removed from store shelves, often unused.
Mixed lots: a combination of the above across categories.

Before you order a pallet

Read the full description and condition note.
Check the pallet size and weight, and plan how you will unload it.
Decide where you will sell: online marketplaces, a booth, or a store.
Ask about a liftgate before you order if you do not have a loading dock or forklift.
Call or email us with any question about a specific pallet.

Freight delivery, explained

Pallets ship by LTL freight carrier and are delivered curbside. The driver unloads at the curb or the end of your driveway; moving the pallet inside is up to you, so have a pallet jack, forklift or helpers ready. If you need a liftgate, contact us before you order so we can confirm the options.

When the pallet arrives, check the packaging and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before you sign. Then email photos and your order number to info@americanprimepalletliquidatorsllc.com within 48 hours.
